Denis Manturov met with Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Al Thani
Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received First Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Denis Manturov. The First Deputy Prime Minister conveyed warm greetings and best wishes from President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the leader of the country.
During the meeting, the parties discussed priority areas of Russian-Qatari cooperation. They highlighted the need to support direct contacts between the business communities of the two countries to improve the quality of trade, economic and investment cooperation.
Denis Manturov is in Doha on a working visit to chair the 5th meeting of the Joint Russian-Qatari Commission on Trade, Economic and Technical Cooperation. The co-chairman from the Qatari side is Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani.
