This sacred day reminds us of how precious peace is as well as every human life. We honour with deep gratitude the veterans who gave us freedom and a future, and we admire the courage and resilience of the fighters taking part in the special military operation. Like their ancestors, they remain committed to protecting our country’s interests and security.
