Dmitry Patrushev’s meeting with President of Algeria Abdelmadjid Tebboune
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev held talks with President Abdelmadjid Tebboune during his working visit to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. He conveyed best wishes from President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the head of state.
“We highly appreciate the strategic nature of relations between our countries. Evidence of this is the fact that we share similar positions on the majority of international and regional issues. We are committed to maintaining close coordination between our countries,” Dmitry Patrushev said.
The participants in the meeting discussed cooperation in finance, banking, industry, energy, and agriculture.
The working visit’s agenda will also include a meeting of the Joint Russian-Algerian Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation.
