The message reads, in part:

Mikhail Mishustin reaffirmed the importance of the two governments’ energetic efforts to promote trade, economic, investment, scientific, technological, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the implementation of energy, industry, infrastructure and other major joint projects.
“We lay emphasis on the practical interaction of Russia and Kyrgyzstan in the Eurasian Economic Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and other multilateral formats,” the Prime Minister pointed out.
