The
Russian Prime Minister and his Maltese counterpart are to discus the current
state and outlook of bilateral relations, in particular, cooperation in trade,
the economy, investment, tourism, culture and education.
Issues related to Malta’s presidency of the European Council in the first six months of 2017 will also be covered.
A number of bilateral inter-ministerial documents are to be signed following the talks.
Joseph Muscat is to take part in the Russia-Malta business forum as part of his visit to Russia.
