Submitting to the State Duma a draft law establishing the jurisdictional immunity of a foreign state and its property on Russian territory In accordance with the rules of international law, the legislation and juridical practice of foreign countries, the draft law establishes the limits of the jurisdictional immunity of foreign states and their property. It also specifies situations where a foreign state and its property do not enjoy jurisdictional immunity and provides for the possibility of a foreign state waiving its jurisdictional immunity.
Signing a Russian-Pakistani intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the construction of the North-South gas pipeline The Agreement provides favourable conditions for the construction of the North-South gas pipeline, with Russian participation, in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, from the city of Karachi to the city of Lahore.

Submitting to the State Duma draft laws on establishing the free port of Vladivostok The draft laws are designed to create favourable conditions to boost the socio-economic development of the Primorye Territory and the Far Eastern Federal District by expanding cross-border trade, developing transport infrastructure and integration into global transit routes, securing investment, creating a network of logistical centres with special conditions for the transportation, storage and partial processing of cargo, organising export-oriented non-commodity production facilities with high added value and the further integration of the Russian economy into the system of international economic relations in the Asia Pacific region. The draft laws provide residents of the free port of Vladivostok better conditions for entrepreneurial and investment activity compared to similar territories in the Asia Pacific region.
