Resolution No. 646 of 30 May 2026
The Government continues working to maintain a reliable and uninterrupted supply of fuel on the domestic market.
This resolution has introduced a temporary ban on the export of aviation turbine fuel, including fuel purchased on the stock exchange. The restriction will be effective up to and including 30 November 2026.
The goal is to maintain stability on the domestic fuel market.
The restriction also applies to fuel in technological capacities used by aircraft in transit, jet fuel placed under a customs procedure until the temporary ban resolution comes into force, and fuel deliveries under intergovernmental agreements.
