Reuven Rivlin (via interpreter): Mr Prime Minister, I am happy to have this opportunity to return the hospitality you and President Vladimir Putin extended during my visit to Moscow.
Mr Prime Minister, I would like to note that Russia has always played an important role in our region.
We are facing very demanding tasks and challenges. We must be ready for them and we have everything required for that.
This year, we mark 25 years since our diplomatic relations resumed. During your current visit, we would like to use this occasion to discuss the entire range of our close ties that our people and our states have built.
We will certainly discuss all these aspects. Let me welcome you again to the State of Israel and its capital, Jerusalem.

It was back in the 1990s that I visited Jerusalem last time. I am very pleased to be here in Israel again. Thank you for inviting me and my delegation.
President Putin sends his regards. You are absolutely right, our countries enjoy close friendship and we also have a wide range of joint tasks to solve.
We will discuss our bilateral issues, including economic and political cooperation, as well as the many international problems in the region and the world.
