Approving the list of finished goods subject to disposal following the loss of consumer properties The list includes goods that make up the bulk of municipal solid waste (paper and cardboard, 25-32 percent; polymers, 7-15 percent; glass, 5-8 percent, textiles and garments, 4-7 percent, leather and rubber, 2-5 percent, ferrous metals, 3-6 percent, nonferrous metals, 0.5-1.5 percent, battery cells, 0.5-1.5 percent). This will help reduce environmental impact by reducing the volume of solid waste buried in landfills.

Introduction of the draft law to ratify the Agreement between the governments of SCO member states on the International Road Transportation Facilitation to the State Duma The new legislation will simplify and harmonise the national procedures and requirements of Shanghai Cooperation Organisation member states concerning international motor traffic, remove the existing ban on Russian motor vehicles’ entry to China via checkpoints on the Chinese-Kazakh border, and consequently boost Russia’s trade with China.
On signing an agreement between the governments of Russia and China on the construction and operation of a cross-border cableway over the Amur River Construction of the world’s first cross-border cableway will support development of tourism in the border areas of the two countries, attract investment for the development of a modern tourist infrastructure in the Amur Region, and promote socioeconomic development in the region.
