The message reads, in part:

In pursuance of the decisions taken at the highest level, Russia and Kazakhstan are consistently working to expand trade, economic, scientific, technical, cultural and humanitarian ties, as well as to promote major joint projects in energy, industry, infrastructure and other domains.
I am confident that further building up practical cooperation and strengthening integration within the Eurasian Economic Union, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and other multilateral associations meet the long-term interests of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan.
