Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin.
The prime ministers stressed the importance of reinforcing the fight against the coronavirus infection in Russia and Kazakhstan.
Mikhail Mishustin and Askar Mamin discussed topical issues of Russian-Kazakhstani trade and economic cooperation as well as the promotion of joint projects in industry, energy, transport, and infrastructure, among other areas.
The prime ministers also touched upon cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
