Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin delivered a lecture during an open lesson for schoolchildren and students, who were participating in the New Knowledge educational marathon.
The marathon, organised by the Russian Znanie (Knowledge) society, is being held during the Year of Science and Technology proclaimed by the Russian President. The event started on 1 September and will close on 3 September and is taking place all over Russia.
Mikhail Mishustin’s lecture was devoted to the country’s development prospects amid global changes related to digital transformation and the development of technologies, as well as the importance of fundamental knowledge as a key condition for breakthrough and quality changes in all fields of life.
