I am delighted to welcome you to Almaty and to Kazakhstan. First and foremost, allow me to congratulate you on your appointment to the high office of Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, and I would like to wish you every success in delivering on all the topical matters the Russian Government has on its agenda. I believe that you and your team will succeed in your efforts.
Mikhail Mishustin: Thank you, Mr Mamin. We saw each other only a little while back but I am happy to see you again. It is symbolic that my first foreign visit as Prime Minister is to Kazakhstan. Our countries share long-standing relations of friendship and partnership, with positive momentum in the field of trade, economic and investment cooperation. Region-to-region ties are also getting ever stronger. I am really looking forward to this meeting and I do hope that we will be able to discuss the most topical matters on today’s agenda.
