Approval of the list of foreign educational institutions for provision of support to Russian nationals who enrol in their programmes independently Directive No. 1094-r of 20 June 2014. The approved list includes foreign educational institutions that are among the top 300 schools in the Academic Ranking of World Universities, World University Rankings and The Times Higher Education World University Rankings, or ranked there in the past, as well as specialised foreign schools that offer academic programmes in medicine and healthcare recommended by the Russian Healthcare Ministry.
On measures of support to Russian nationals who independently enrol in leading foreign educational institutions Government Resolution No. 568 of 20 June 2014. It provides for creating institutional and information mechanisms and financial conditions for Russian nationals who independently enrol in full-time studies at the leading foreign educational institutions in master’s programmes, post-graduate academic and teaching programmes, and residency training programmes.

Project implementation deadlines and stages have been adjusted, including expanded high-speed rail services, and the document also updates a mid-term action plan to implement the Transport Strategy in 2014-2018.
