Resolution No 362 of 2 April 2026
The Government has signed a resolution extending restrictions on petroleum exports, effective until 31 July 2026, to direct producers of oil products.
The decision is intended to help maintain a stable situation on the domestic fuel market during the period of seasonally high demand and agricultural fieldwork, as well as in connection with the rise in the global oil prices caused by the current geopolitical situation in the Middle East.
The restriction will not apply to deliveries made under international intergovernmental agreements.
The resolution will come into force on the day of its official publication.
The document introduces amendments to Government Resolution No 78 of 31 January 2026.
