Resolution No 78 dated 31 January 2026
The government has renewed a temporary ban on the export of gasoline, diesel, and other fuels until 31 July 2026. A resolution to this effect has been signed. This decision is aimed at maintaining stability in the domestic fuel market.
The ban on the export of motor gasoline will no longer apply to direct producers of petroleum products, thereby preventing the risk of overstocking the oil companies’ production capacities.
The document comes into force on the day of its official publication.
