Resolutions No. 2126 and No. 2150 of 25 December 2025 and 26 December 2025, respectively
The Government is continuing its efforts to maintain stability in the domestic fuel market. Accordingly, a new resolution has extended the temporary ban on the export of motor petrol until 28 February 2026, inclusive. This prohibition will apply to all exporters, including direct producers.
Another resolution has extended, until 28 February 2026, inclusive, the ban on the export of diesel, as well as marine fuel and other gas oils, including those acquired through exchange trading. This restriction will not apply to direct producers of petroleum products.
The measures will come into force on the date following the official publication of the resolutions.
The signed documents amend Government Resolution No. 1294 of 27 August 2025 and Government Resolution No. 1503 of 30 September 2025.
