Resolution No.1369 dated 14 October 2024
The government has decided to increase the current export quota for complex mineral fertiliser, thus allowing producers to export unclaimed leftovers of finished products while fully meeting the needs of the domestic market.
According to the resolution signed, the quota for the export of complex mineral fertiliser has been increased by 297,100 tonnes: from 7.3 million tonnes to almost 7.6 million tonnes.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade has been instructed to distribute the volumes of the increased quota among participants in foreign trade activities.
The export quota for mineral fertiliser remains in effect throughout 30 November 2024. This does not apply to fertiliser supplied to Abkhazia and South Ossetia.
The signed document amends the Government Resolution No. 547 dated 27 April 2024.
