Directive No. 3675-r issued on 28 December 2020
Highly skilled professionals will be able to enter Russia together with their families, according to a directive signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The Federal Security Service (FSB) and the Interior Ministry are to compile the lists of those who should be issued the entry permissions. They will be able to cross the Russian border on a visa or without it, depending on their citizenship. They will be obliged to take a coronavirus test at the entry point.
The Directive will come into effect as of its official publication. Earlier, a similar decision was made for the families of foreign athletes, coaches, judges and physical fitness specialists.
