The roadmap is a system of measures aimed at creating a favourable business climate in the Russian Federation, increasing the number of export companies and expanding national non-commodity export volumes.
Roadmap projects and measures will be implemented in 2012-2015.
When implemented, the roadmap will create institutional export incentives that ensure competitive conditions for Russian corporate operations on the global market and stipulate the following:
· key elements of the export-support infrastructure, providing financial, organisational, marketing and information services to exporters;
· elimination of customs, administrative, and fiscal barriers hampering expanded exports;
· considerable invigoration of promoter and trade-political activity to introduce and assert Russian exports on foreign markets;
· improved coordination and cooperation between all parties interested in expanded exports, including the authorised federal executive agencies, the development institutions, Russian regions, Russian missions abroad and associations of entrepreneurs.
The implementation of this plan will make it possible to improve the national investment climate and, consequently, this will attract additional investment in Russia, ensure technological modernisation and improved living standards.
