A total of 329 facilities have been built on Russky Island as part of the federal targeted programme The Socioeconomic Development of the Far East and the Baikal Region up to 2013, approved by Government Resolution No. 480 of April 15, 1996.
Of these, 68 facilities supply electricity to consumers on Russky Island and have been registered as the property of the Russian Federation.
In order to ensure the proper use of these energy facilities, they have been leased to the Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System for 49 years without a tender.
The document was prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law On the Protection of Competition to ensure quality electricity supply services for consumers on Russky Island.
