Good morning. A warm welcome to all delegates and guests gathered at the Russia National Centre for this meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government.
This session concludes Russia’s chairmanship, during which our priority has been to deepen trade, economic, and humanitarian cooperation across the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. I extend my gratitude to all member states for their constructive engagement.
With a substantial agenda before us, I propose we now commence our proceedings.
