“By implementing the measures envisaged in the prgorammes, we will be able to lift infrastructural restrictions to develop the republic’s economy and provide conditions for increasing investment activity and creating new jobs, improve the quality and level of education and medicine in the republic, and create additional social protection measures. Measures developed as part of the programmes will certainly be integrated with the republic’s state socioeconomic development programme for 2026–2030, which is being drafted. It is necessary to preserve the existing mechanisms for stimulating economic growth in the state programme for the next period, while also ensuring the implementation of new initiatives. With methodological support from Russian experts and financial assistance from the Russian side, these efforts will not only contribute to improved economic performance but also lead to a significant enhancement in the overall quality of life for the country’s population,” Alexander Novak said.
The deputy prime minister expressed his confidence that the measures planned within the programmes would be successfully implemented by 2030 through the joint coordinated work of the Abkhaz and Russian sides.
