Government meeting.
Excerpt from the transcript:
Today, we will amend a number of regulations in order to create a one-stop-shop information system in foreign trade, as set forth in the International Cooperation and Exports national project documentation.
This system is designed to streamline interactions with government agencies, including supervision authorities, for exporters and importers, offering them convenient access to government services, and enabling them to cut costs by reducing hard-copy paperwork. This includes submitting applications remotely, and around the clock.
Registration in the information system will be offered free of charge. It will be operated by the Russian Export Centre, which will be tasked with working with other relevant government agencies on behalf of businesses and in their interests. It will also take care of all the work related to obtaining permits from various administrations.
