The message reads, in part:
“I was concerned to learn that you and your family have been diagnosed as having the novel coronavirus infection.
“Above all, I sincerely wish you and your family a speedy recovery. I am aware from my own experience how important it is to strictly observe the doctor’s orders in such a situation.
“I would like to point out again the need for expanding practical cooperation between Russia and Armenia in fighting the coronavirus infection and efficiently implementing the decisions taken in the Eurasian Economic Union and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
“I am quite certain that you will successfully cope with the coronavirus and return soon to your active government activities. I will be delighted to continue our constructive interaction both on the bilateral agenda and within inter-state associations involving Russia and Armenia.
“My dear Nikol, please convey my wishes of good health to your family and all citizens of Armenia fighting the coronavirus infection.”
