In order to ensure the nation's security, protect public health and
prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus on Russia's territory, the emergency
response centre has made a decision to limit passenger flights starting 16
March 2020, 12 midnight Moscow time, including:
Flights from the territory of the Russian Federation to the territory of the European Union member states and back, except:
- regular flights from Moscow to the capitals of the EU member states and back, operated via Sheremetyevo International Airport Terminal F;
- chartered flights carrying EU nationals and other nationals to their respective EU countries, and those carrying Russian nationals to the Russian Federation until all citizens are brought back to their respective countries.
Flights from the territory of the Russian Federation to the territory of the Swiss Confederation and back, except:
- regular flights from Moscow to Geneva and back, operated via Sheremetyevo International Airport Terminal F;
- chartered flights carrying Swiss and other nationals to the Swiss Confederation, and those carrying Russian nationals to the Russian Federation until all citizens are brought back to their respective countries.
Flights from the territory of the Russian Federation to the territory of the Kingdom of Norway and back, except:
- regular flights from Moscow to Oslo and back, operated via Sheremetyevo International Airport Terminal F;
- chartered flights carrying Norwegian and other nationals to the Kingdom of Norway, and those carrying Russian nationals to the Russian Federation until all citizens are brought back to their respective countries.
