The message of greetings from the Prime Minister of Russia reads, in part:
“Friendly China is marking its anniversary against the backdrop of major successes and accomplishments in the socioeconomic, scientific and technical development of the country, together with a much more influential image on the international arena.
I would like to point out that the Russian-Chinese comprehensive partnership relations and strategic interaction have reached an unprecedentedly high level. We are implementing large scale joint projects in the field of energy, industry, transport infrastructure, high technology and culture. Our business communities and public circles are expanding their direct ties. This year we will also mark the 70th anniversary of diplomatic relations between our countries.
I am confident that we will continue working together to give an additional impetus to the development of our bilateral cooperation across an entire range of spheres.”
