“The relations between Russia and Turkmenistan, based on the solid traditions of friendship and partnership, are developing incrementally. We are strengthening cooperation in trade and the economy, science and technology, cultural and humanitarian spheres. There are successful large-scale joint projects in various areas.
I am certain that further expansion of practical cooperation, promotion of ambitious new initiatives and programmes fully corresponds to the interests of Russia and Turkmenistan.”
