The Prime Minister spoke with visitors to the office and was shown terminal devices. One of the terminals is used for booking an appointment with the Pension Fund and receiving information on the cumulative part of one's pension; another – the so called pension calculator – is used for calculating one’s future pension.
Mr Medvedev was also shown the database of multiple-child allowance electronic files, the booking files database, and the work of a payer’s personal account.
The Prime Minister also took a look at the Pension Fund’s mobile client service – a car equipped with two windows to receive visitors. The car is used for providing services to residents of remote villages, who can receive consultations and have their pensions arranged.
