The meeting participants discussed the programme of the forum which will take place in the autumn of 2013, including the youth agenda, as well as a number of organisational issues.
The Open Innovations – Moscow International Forum is dedicated to the latest technology and the prospects for international cooperation in the sphere of innovation.
The event was made possible by Russia's leading development institutions and the Moscow Government, with the support of the Russian Government.
The forum will bring together representatives of business, science and government to share experiences and analyse major global trends in innovation.
By order of a Government Directive of June 27, 2013 Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich is appointed Chairman of the Forum’s Organising Committee. The committee also includes Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Vasily Nebenzya, President and Chairman of the Board of Sberbank of Russia German Gref, Head of the Moscow Department of Science, Industrial Policy and Entrepreneurship Alexei Komissarov and Vice-President of the Russian Chamber of Industry and Commerce Dmitry Kurochkin.
