Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev issued instructions to set up a commission to investigate all the circumstances of the crash of Kogalymavia Airlines Airbus A321 en route from Sharm el-Sheikh to St Petersburg.
The commission, which is to include representatives of all the major agencies, will be headed by Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov.
The head of the commission was instructed to immediately fly to Cairo to organise all the work that needs to be done. Emergencies Minister Vladimir Puchkov was instructed to join the activities.
