Dmitry Medvedev: Mr Vice President of the Council of Ministers, Mr Cabrisas, our Cuban colleagues, friends! Accept my cordial greetings. We meet regularly as Cuba is our very important partner. Our cooperation is multi-dimensional. I looked it up – over the past several months of this year, a large number of Russian officials visited Cuba. And now, your visit – a session of the intergovernmental commission, the discussion of various issues and the signing of very important documents. On 9 May, we expect President Raul Castro to arrive in Moscow. I am taking the opportunity to ask you to pass on my warmest regards and best wishes to Raul and Fidel Castro.
