    • developing and implementing investment projects financed from the National Wealth Fund;
    • exercising general oversight of technological development, implementing the National Technology Initiative, and promoting innovations;
    • exercising general oversight of planning and implementing measures to adapt the Russian economy to the global energy transition;
    • state regulation of intellectual property;
    • state policy on foreign economic activity and foreign trade;
    • customs tariff regulation and non-tariff regulation, and protective foreign trade measures;
