1985: Graduated from Kazan Civil Engineering Institute with a degree in industrial and civil construction; PhD in Economics; Associate Professor.
1985–1989: Engineer, senior engineer, Department of Metal Structures and Testing of Constructions, Kazan Civil Engineering Institute.
1989–1993: Chief engineer, director of Tatstroyproekt design and construction bureau.
1993–1995: Chairman of the Board of Tatstroyproekt joint stock company.
1995–1997: Chairman of the Board of Kazstroydekor joint stock company.
1997–2002: First deputy head of the Tatavtodor design, repair and construction association.
2002–2005: General Director of the state unitary enterprise state main territorial design and survey research and production company Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt.
2005–2010: Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chief Architect of the Republic of Tatarstan, General Director of the Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt state unitary enterprise.
