2000: Graduated from the Institute of Economics, Law and Natural Sciences at Kuban State University and the Kuban Institute of International Business and Management.

2000–2003: Worked as a first category specialist at the No 1 department for the inspection of legal entities and as acting head of the department for the desk audit of legal entities at Territorial Inspectorate No 4 in the city of Krasnodar under the Ministry of the Russian Federation on Taxes and Duties.

2003: Chief state tax inspector at the department of on-site inspections, Second Interregional Largest Taxpayers Inspectorate (Moscow) under the Ministry of Taxes and Duties. 

2003–2020: Held various positions at the Ministry on Taxes and Duties and the Federal Tax Service; from October 4, 2013 as Deputy Head of the Federal Tax Service.

January 21, 2020: Appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Chief of Staff of the Government Executive Office.

14 May 2024: Reappointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Chief of Staff of the Government Executive Office.
