1996: Graduated with honours from Moscow State Open Pedagogical University with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science Education.
2000: Graduated with honours from MGIMO University with a degree in State and Municipal Management with foreign language proficiency.
Has a DSc in Education and the status of Assistant Professor.
