1989: Graduated from the Moscow State University of Technology- Stankin with a degree in Computer-Aided Design.
2003: Completed a PhD in Economics at the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.
2010: Received a DSc in Economics from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.
1992–1998: Held various positions at the International Computer Club.
1998–1999: Deputy Head of the State Tax Service of Russia.
1999–2004: Deputy Minister for Taxes and Levies of the Russian Federation.
2004–2006: Head of the Federal Agency for Real Estate Cadastre.
2007–2008: Head of the Federal Agency for the Management of Special Economic Zones.
2008–2010: President of the UFG Group (OFG Invest).
2010–2020: Head of the Federal Taxation Service of the Russian Federation.
16 January 2020: Appointed Prime Minister of the Russian Federation by the executive order of the Russian President.
10 May 2024: Reappointed Prime Minister of the Russian Federation by the executive order of the Russian President.
Awarded the Order of Honour (2012) and the Order For Service to the Fatherland, 4th class (2015).
