Resolution No. 3001-r of November 16, 2020
The one-stop-shop information system, which provides Russian exporters with online access to services for companies entering foreign markets and engaging in foreign trade, is graduating from test mode to full work mode.
In the first phase, a business will be able to submit electronic requests for six types of services. Eventually, 28 services will be available in the system under the resolution signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The one-stop-shop system will open for service on November 26, 2020.
At first, the most popular services will be available to businesses, such as registration of state support measures, customs declarations and confirmation of zero VAT. Later, a company will be able to obtain permits and receive other services remotely in accordance with the list determined by the Government.
Overall, the one-stop-shop system will free exporters, including small- and medium-sized businesses, from cumbersome paperwork and establish e-communication with various government agencies and organisations involved in providing export services.
The creation of this resource is part of the national project International Cooperation and Export. This online resource will contribute to achieving the objective of ensuring growth in the total export numbers of non-primary, non-energy goods by 70 percent by 2030.
