This document has been drawn up by the Ministry of Economic Development in consideration of the Government’s decisions to privatise the Open Joint-Stock Company Murmansk Commercial Seaport, which have been implemented by the federal executive authorities.
By Government Resolution No.2102-r of November 27, 2010, the Murmansk Commercial Seaport was included in a federal prognostic privatisation plan (programme) for 2011-2013.
By Government Resolution No.156-r of February 9, 2012, Reiffeisen Investment Company was enlisted as the agent tasked to organise and perform the sale of the federally-owned stock of the Murmansk Commercial Seaport.
Government Resolution No.2357-r of December 13, 2012, approved the terms of the sale of the federally owned 25.5001% of the stock of the Murmansk Commercial Seaport, including the selling price and the buying price.
By this time, the liquidation of the federally owned shares of the Murmansk Commercial Seaport has been completed. Considering the fact that the shares of the Murmansk Commercial Seaport are no longer in the federal ownership, the signed resolution shall strike this company off the special list approved by the Russian Government’s Directive No.91-r (Appendix 2) of January 23, 2003.
