The implementation of the measures listed in the document will lead to a significant increase by 2018 of the share of small- and medium-sized businesses in the total annual volume of customer procurements (from 10% to 25%), as well as the share of direct customer purchases from small- and medium-sized businesses in the total annual customer procurements volume (from 2% to 10%).
