A Resolution On Changing the Customs Duties on Russian Goods Exported Beyond the Customs Union Borders was drafted by the Ministry for Economic Development.
Once signed, the government resolution will introduce, from 1 February 2015, a grain export duty, setting the new tax at 15% plus 7.5 euros but no less than 35 euros per tonne.
The new grain export duty is aimed at stabilising the domestic grain market.
