The Ministry of North Caucasus Affairs (Minkavkaz) is a federal executive body responsible for drafting and implementing government policy on the socioeconomic development of the North Caucasus Federal District and for coordinating the execution of state programmes, including federal targeted programmes, in the North Caucasus Federal District.
