Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation
The Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities was created by reorganising the Federal Agency for the Construction, Housing and Utilities.
The Ministry has assumed the agency’s functions, such as developing and implementing state policy and regulations in the spheres of construction, architecture, urban development, housing and utilities; providing public services; managing state property in the spheres of construction, urban development, housing and utilities; as well as coordinating the activities of the Federal Fund for Promoting Housing Construction, the Fund for Promoting Housing and Utilities Reform, and the State Corporation for Building Olympic Venues and Developing Sochi as a Mountain Resort.
