Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare of the Russian Federation
The Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor) is the federal executive body responsible for drafting and implementing government policy and regulations in the field of consumer rights protection, and for carrying out federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision, including on the railways, in order to protect public health and the environment, and federal state supervision of consumer rights protection.
