The Federal Service for Labour and Employment (Rostrud) is a federal executive body responsible for the monitoring and oversight of issues related to labour, employment, community service and social security. It also provides state services in public employment assistance, and in issues related to labour migration, the resolution of labour disputes, and the provision of benefits stipulated by Russian law for socially vulnerable groups of the population.
