This document was drafted by the Russian Ministry of Regional Development under Clauses 1, 2, and 4 of Article 5.1 of Federal Law No. 238-FZ of 30 October 2007 On the State Corporation for the Construction of Olympic Venues and the Development of Sochi as an Alpine Resort.
The signed directive provides for the gratuitous transfer of Olympic venue property, built with Olympstroy funding, to state and municipal authority. A list of stipulated entities is attached to the directive.
The directive also sets a schedule for the authorised use of state and municipal property for the Olympic facilities and for the property transfers. Olympic property ownership will be transferred under Part 3 of Article 51 of the above federal law.
The attached list includes public entities that are to obtain ownership of the Olympic venues, and the legal entities which will administer the financial management of Olympic venues under state ownership, their operational management, and the uncompensated use of the venues.
