This document was submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture to amend Government Directive No. 2256-r of December 15, 2010, in particular:
- to extend until 2030 (inclusively) the period during which a subsidy is to be stipulated in the draft federal budget for the next fiscal year and the next planning period to subsidise the Bryansk Meat Company’s interest payments (hereinafter referred to as the Subsidy) for investment loans taken from State Corporation Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank) to build a farm for breeding high-yield beef cattle and a slaughter and initial processing facility in the Bryansk Region;
- to provide the subsidy to the Bryansk Meat Company for increasing the project designed to build a high-yield beef cattle farm and a slaughter and initial processing facility.
The directive also adjusts the registration data of the Bryansk Meat Company in accordance with the Unified State Registry of Legal Entities.
The project is to be funded with loans taken from Vnesheconombank.
The subsidy will be provided from federal budget funds meant for the Ministry of Agriculture for the next fiscal year and the next planning period to implement the functions within its competence.
The planned increase of the project to build a high-yield beef cattle farm and a slaughter and initial processing facility in the Bryansk Region will help to increase the herd of beef cattle to 500,000 in 2016, or around 18% of the national target stipulated in the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and Regulation of Agricultural Commodity Markets in 2013-2020.
