During a teleconference on August 17, Minister of Energy Alexander Novak reported to President Vladimir Putin about the conditions of electricity network facilities affected by the flood in the Amur Region, the Jewish Autonomous Region and the Khabarovsk Territory.
He said that the following systems have been waterlogged: 260 power transmission lines, 6,463 towers and three 35 kW and 110 kW substations.
