This draft report has been developed in deference to the new requirement for the drafting and distribution of the annual state report as approved by Russian Government resolution.
The results of the discussion will be considered at a meeting of the Public Council under the Russian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. At the end of the meeting, the draft report will be forwarded to the Russian Government’s Expert Council for evaluation.
After changes and clarifications have been introduced, the draft report will be submitted to the Government.
The document’s final version will be posted on the official website of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment. It will also be sent to the relevant federal executive bodies in e-format by December 31, 2013.
