Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov held a meeting of the Subcommission on the Use of Information Technology in Public Services.
The meeting focused on the project to develop an interagency e-document exchange system.
Nikolai Nikiforov noted that a lot of work is being done to implement the system. However, it should be done faster.
“The testing of the data provided by the regions to the federal executive bodies within the e-document exchange system must be completed faster than initially expected,” he stressed.
So far, the testing of 312 data sets from the 13 regions participating in the tests is 77.6% complete.
The Minister also said that the data sets are to be adjusted since part of them were found unnecessary. The data services format is also to be finalised.
Also, the meeting participants discussed publishing of the reports on public services in the Data Register via the e-document exchange system. It was also agreed that the data exchange system of the Russian Supreme Commercial Court would be included in the e-document exchange system.
